World Championships—April 2014, London, England

Congratulations to all of the Murray Academy dancers, their parents and the teachers on our fabulous results at this elite level of competition!! This year our school competed in solos only. 14 of our 17 qualifiers were able to attend (Siobhan O’Neill was injured but will be back to competing for the 2014 North Americans). We earned 3 World medals, more than any other New England Irish dance school in girls’ competitions, and 4 additional recall medals, giving us a total of 7 medals, the 2nd highest total in New England for girls’ competitions. We are proud of our 50% recall, and for the outstanding performances of all our participating dancers. These are our best results yet…well done team Murray!
