Say “Hello” to Maddie E, a kind and friendly 9 Say “Hello” to Maddie E, a kind and friendly 9-year-old rising 4th-grader from Brentwood. Maddie is a Novice 2 dancer who has been learning at Murray Academy for 5 years. Her favorite dance is a Reel and she loves the Irish cultural Center Championships feis because it is outdoors.
Outside of the studio, Maddie’s favorite place is Disney World! She enjoys knitting, jumping rope and eating Macaroni and Cheese!

When asked about her favorite accomplishment or memory, Maddie replies that it’s “The first time I got a first as a Novice, it was in the reel which is also my favorite dance!” Her goal going forward is “Not having noodle arms and recalling at Oireachtas for trad set.” Maddie’s a loyal Murray dancer as is evidenced by the message with which she leaves us… “My favorite colors are blue, green and white, go team Murray!” Way to go, Maddie!

With hard work, Maeve has a goal to qualify for Worlds.

Outside the studio, you might find Maeve eating Chicken Kiev, bike riding, playing with friends, swimming, surfing, reading or writing stories. It’s no wonder that Maeve’s favorite place is her bed or that her friends would describe her as kind and brave. 😊 Maeve leaves us with this: “Go Murray!”

Keep up the good work!
Our world qualifiers and all our beautiful dancers Our world qualifiers and all our beautiful dancers are very disappointed not to be performing out in the community for this year’s St. Patrick’s Day celebrations.
